THE RESTAURANT
You must look up to see the Tristan Restaurant "Les Voiles d'Or", perched on the heights of Dieppe next to the Chapel of Bonsecours.
It is in search of taste and simplicity that we offer a very short menu, two improvised menus, which provides the means to evolve to individual desires or even change during service.
Our seafood exclusively from boats Dieppe or Fécamp Port-en-Bessin.
In 2012, obtaining a first Michelin star.
In September 2015, title of Master Restaurateur.
For our Chef Tristan, the star is the product and the only product that offers daily a generous kitchen. It is changeable to suit his mood, but especially the seasons.
Soon, change of scenery in our restaurant in 2016 ... surprise surprise!
